So you have the freedom to keep moving confidently on icy streets and sidewalks, all winter long. KEY FEATURES Ten Concave Tungsten Carbide Spikes - A concave spike profile dramatically increases surface pressure for instant engagement on ice, while tungsten carbide construction resists abrasion up to 100 times more than steel on bare pavement. Center Plate Ridges and Directional Lugs - Center plate ridges enhance grip and stability on uneven ice and snow, while directional lugs are optimized to improve traction in packed snow during ascents and descents. Integrated Toe Bail - Inspired by the award-winning design of our MICROspikes® and EXOspikes™ traction, the integrated toe bail secures the shoe during descents and reduces pressure points at the toe.
